Rest for Your Nervous System
The fertility journey can weigh heavy on your body and mind. Yoga gives you a place to exhale and let your nervous system soften.
Fertile Ground Yoga
Gentle movement and breathwork for the season you're in, friend. This practice gives your body a place to rest, your breath a place to slow down, and your spirit a place to be honest about where you are.
Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, healing from a loss, or simply looking for stillness in the middle of the storm, fertility yoga meets you right where you are.

Fertility yoga is not a magic fix, friend. It is a gentle practice that gives your body room to rest, your breath room to slow down, and your spirit room to be honest about where you are.
It is not about getting into the perfect pose. Some days it looks like gentle stretching. Other days it looks like sitting still and just breathing. Both count.
My classes blend slow, intentional movement with breathwork, scripture, and affirmations. The goal is not to force your body into something it is not ready for. The goal is to come home to yourself.
The fertility journey can weigh heavy on your body and mind. Yoga gives you a place to exhale and let your nervous system soften.
No forcing. No fixing. Just slow movement that meets your body where it is and honors what it needs today.
When your mind is racing or your heart feels heavy, your breath is something you can come back to again and again.
This is a space where you do not have to perform or pretend. You just show up as you are.
While yoga does not guarantee conception, it can support fertility by helping manage stress and providing tools to cope with the challenges of a fertility journey.
Each virtual session is about 30 minutes long. That is short enough to fit into a busy life and long enough to make a difference.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or in any particular season of life. You just need a mat, a screen, and a willingness to show up.

This practice is for the woman who is carrying a lot and needs a soft place to put it down for a little while.
Wherever you are in your journey, friend, this practice is for you.
Upcoming class
You are pulled in a hundred directions every day. This series is your chance to come back to yourself, even if just for 30 minutes at a time.
Over six weeks, I guide you through gentle yoga movements that target your hips & pelvis, legs, arms, back, and whole body, then we'll close with a week of pure recovery. Each class pairs gentle movement with breathwork, scripture, and affirmations.
Saturdays at 8 am CST from November 7–December 12.
“This is not just exercise. This is a practice. And it was made for women just like you.”
